I want to spend my day there on this beach. Indeed, it is amazing for snorkeling and to have a BBQ. I will definitely find a company providing this on Cebu, or I will go by myself.
I might go straight to this islet which is part of Malapascua Island but which is a bit more far away. It is possible to snorkle and spot sharks there:
