This is a big complex which is also the most important attraction in the town.
It is composed of many monuments and galleries stating about the history of the place.
Some monuments have been attacked and damaged in the past (in 1947 because of the fightings with French, and again in 1968 during the Tet Offensive where Americans bombed the place), and then, there are some ruins and empty places in the site.
However, some restorations have been made along the years to make the place better.
I should go there very early to avoid the crowd. It opens at 6.30am and closes at 5pm. The entry costs 80000 Dongs. It also costs 30000 Dongs if you want to dress as the King and take some pictures on the throne, a funny experience.
