HCMV

Ho Chi Minh Ville, which was called Saigon until 1975 is the last place that I plan to visit before moving to Cambodia.

With more than 7 400 000 people living there, it is the biggest town in Viet Nam.

There are many things to see in this town but I want to limit myself to 2 days there.

It is a good place to learn about history thanks to the war museum which is one of the most famous place in HCMV as well as the Cu Chi Tunnels.

It will be good to do a tour of the town as well in order to see the different and most famous Pagodas; the central Post, the famous touristic streets such as Bui Vien Street or Pham Ngu Lao Street and so on.

Tasting the street food in the markets such as the Ba Chieu Market is a must do activity as well as having a drink at the top of a skyscraper with the view on the river.

After these 2 days, I will have to reach Moc Bai in order to cross the border for Cambodia. It is located less than 2 hours away from Ho Chi Minh Ville.

However, I am still thinking about taking a flight when I arrive to Ho Chi Minh City in the direction of Phu Quoc, visit a bit the island in 2 days and cross the boarder to Cambodia by ferry.
